Payment:
MacroEnergy accepts payment by credit card for orders up to $300.00 USD total, unless other arrangements have been made. For orders totaling more than $300.00, we request payment through PayPal or bank transfer such as Bill Pay to our bank.

Shipping:
Items in stock are shipped out from three to five days of the order placement. Some items, do to product availability, may take longer. For items not immediately available, the actual shipping date will be confirmed by separate e-mail, with the option to modify the order as deemed appropriate by the customer.

Prices and Specials:
Please e-mail us at customerservice@solarcombo.com for our latest price breaks and items on special. We ask that you allow us to verify funds transfer to our account before the goods are shipped.

Warranty:
Five years on systems, twenty years on solar panels, five years on batteries and most components except where noted in the shipping invoice. Some components using electronic circuitry have a warranty of one or two years. Within the warranty period, we will replace any failed component. No warranty is provided in cases of improper handling, installation or operation.
